Mt. Zion Tabernacle Christian Church's founding First Lady is none other than the beautiful yet servant minded Tameka L. Murray. First Lady Murray was born in Newark, New Jersey to Father Mr. Clarence Carter (Deceased) and Mother Sallie Carter of Pine Bloom Missionary Baptist Church in Quincy, Florida.
First Lady Murray is the sixth of seven children: Darrell Bradwell, Calvin Carter, Moncio Carter, Patrick Williams, Felicia Carter, and Trenise Carter.
First Lady Murray holds Bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Business Administration, and a Masters in Project Management.
First Lady Murray is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated with a current position as the Spiritual Chaplain. As a former state certified correctional officer, FirstLady Murray held accolades as a Field Training Officer, Controlled Force Insturctor, Gang Investigator and Orlando Metropolitan Urban League Law Enforcement Task Force member.
First Lady Murray is employed by The Rosen Hotels Industry as a General Manager, with an extensive knowledge and background in effective public relations, customer service, and genunine hospitality techniques. First Lady Murray has learned and implemented to her staff the effective concepts of Savvy Supervision and Hotel Management Innovations that have consistenetly drawn an occupancy of visitation and attendance with guests from a global scale.
First Lady Murray strongly encourages her children and all youth that she mentors to not just complete high school, yet also embrace secondary education as a catalyst to stronger quality of life.
First Lady Tameka Murray enjoys having fun with her children and the youth of the church.
