Lady Phyllis Palmer

Lady Palmer is the recipient of several graduate and undergraduate degrees. She holds a Master’s Degree in social work from University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Master Degree in Human Services Agency Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Art degree in Mass Communication from Missouri Valley College.

For 23 years Lady Palmer was employed by Butterfield Youth Services, which is a residential care center, alternative school, independent living program, and outpatient treatment center.

 

Her scope of expertise includes; Program manager and the creation of the Girls Intensive Care Unit. Additionally, she served as; Director of Admissions, Treatment Team Leader and Safe Crisis Management Trainer.Since 2011, Lady Palmer is an Independent Contractual Outpatient Therapist, where she is passionately committed to working with children and families.

 

Thirty years ago, while attending Missouri Valley College Lady Palmer meet her soulmate Assistant Pastor Reggie Palmer. The two have been married for 26 years, together they are the proud parents of two sons Reggie Jr. and RayShawn. They are also the proud grandparents of three granddaughters and two grandsons.

Lady Phyllis Palmer is a woman of God that is motivated, determined, and committed with an eye for innovation and growth. Although her skill set is vast, her greatest expertise revolves the worlds of empowering children, families and in helping individuals reach their full potential. Her prayer is to incorporate her knowledge and experience into the furtherance of her ministry as Past President of Mount Zion Tabernacle Christian Church “Women of Zion,”

She is guided daily by Philippians 4:13
